get out from a band

The question is then do you rearlly want to quit or are you wanting to help the band get better? If you want the band to get better then help them. Practice more and give them a few pointers on you are seeing. If you want to quit just get them all together and just tell them that you quit. Dont beat around the bush. Just come right out and tell them.

Well i can suggest you two things. Firstly if members of your band think that you are the one who can save the band, then you should be grateful to them for giving you that stature and reverence. In fact its your responsibility to revive the band and show the right path to your members and rather by not quitting the band. Secondly, if your members feel that the band is not the right place for your talent and if they want you to go to a better place then you can leave that band by directly telling them. What say?
