the heel of my right foot is still in pain

it is not a constant pain actually. it just leaves and comes back from time to time. so for now it is not hurting. but i have made search on the net now. it is said to be cause by a flat foot which my feet are. i have a flat foot actually. but this is just the first time these past few days that i have this kind of problem. anyway, so i am planning to buy a slippers or sandals with an arch that may good for flat feet. so it may give a curve on the feet so i will look like not having a flat feet when i step on the sandals or the slippers.
