I'm frustrated that the music program I have is not working now

It's a program on my tablet. I want to listen to some music and so I'm hoping that I would be able to make it play. As I want to listen while I'm busy online using the tablet to connect to the net. I would need to use this program as I have downloaded it issuing the program. So I have to have this to have the music play. I would just have to delete the program and reinstall it again and so i hope that would work.
