I know its only a week since I decided to walk a few miles and also use my Air Climber and just count the steps I'm doing. To tell you honestly I'm getting addicted to it. I read an article that the best indication that you're losing the weight is when you try on your everyday clothes and they are getting bigger on you. I just wore one of my shorts that I can't use because it gets stuck on my hips but now it glided easily when I try to fit it. I'm so trilled. I guess everything that I'm doing is working well. I walk back and forth or do some marching in place whenever I'm waiting for something say my laundry to finish or when I'm cooking. I can't stop moving plus I'm drinking lots and lots of water... I hope that I can push through on this goal of mine to lose a couple of pounds before my birthday!

It really does get addicting when you get into a new habit. I definitely have found that this is true for me in my life. A couple years ago I joined in a biggest loser competition that our playgroup was doing and a big part of the contest was who was putting in the most time with their exercise. I have to admit that I would wake up in the morning craving to get out and do something. During that time I bought my first bike in several years and I took to walking a lot as well. These are still things that I love to do today.

I'm happy on what you achieved. I tried walking with friends but decided not to walk that far again. We walked 10 kilometers and the feeling was great but i suffer burning sensation for days. I guess walking that far is not good for me so i switch to walk+jog around the village but still suffer from the same pain. I have this leg problem ever since and i already consulted it with the professionals. My muscles over stretch easily without doing such heavy activities. I want walking to become my hobby.

Walking is the one of the best exercise. It helps us to make use of the most of the muscles and nerves in our body. Regular walking helps us to get a good healthy body and this is the one of the reason why most of the doctors ask us people to do exercises such as walking regularly. As per the doctors advice my father used to walk many miles in the morning. He finds a great improvement in his health and along with it he had removed certain weight from his body. I hope you can also lose certain weight before your birthday, which makes you slim and looks good.

I am addicted to walking too.For the last four or five years I have been walking long distances every evening.I never walk less than 5 kms.I have not included walking in my daily schedule because I am fat.I walk, because I love walking and walking has been my hobby.Often I walk to the dense jungle at the outskirts of my hometown.I enter the jungle, climb on the hillock there and stay there till it starts getting dark. The habit of walking has helped me maintain my physical fitness.I am the only one in my family who does not have any physical problem.

I like this kind of idea to walk, whenever there is a chance. I, myself loved to ambulate from the town proper for errands, then going back to my home. It is just simply burning the calories obtained after a long vacation. Besides, there is nothing wrong in aiming to improve endurance and strength.
