This is the thing I have noticed to my cellphone when I recharge the battery. Although it doesn't happen all the time, it still concerns me because I don't want to lose my cellphone. One of the reasons I see but I am not sure about it is that I have not plugged out my phone when it is already full battery. What do think is the reason behind this friends? Please help me with this. Thanks and have a good day all!

Plug your charger in a different outlet and see if the problem still persist. Have you tried charging it through the USB port and can still feel the heat? If yes, I think the battery is the problem or it is just normal.

Check if you have background apps running. Sometimes apps uses the battery even on charge mode that makes it harder for your battery to charge up hence the heat.

dear My phone also gets overheated sometimes.I think its just the battery of the phone and the electrity but i am not sure. What phone do you have? I have a iphone 4.If your phone becomes so hot you can't use it i would go to the store or carrier you bought the phone from and contact them.

Maybe it is just overheated or overcharged. Knowing the fact, I guess I have to be on look on the time when my phone is charged. My cellphone is a samsung galaxy. Don't worry because if I will experiencing problems in the future then I will just contact the samsung service centers.

Its really normal, also other batteries gets hot when your charging it. Just dont do demanding tasks while charging as it will make your phone a lot more hotter. Dont worry, its just normal. Unless the its really really hot that you cant touch it already.

Find a technician and ask him to check the power output of the charger, the phone and the battery. You will find the problem. If there is a problem. Just be sure, so it is not destroyed.

I also experience that too since I always have someone to talk with over the phone. The hotness is just okay but I still feel worried. Anyway, thanks for making me feel good saying that it is just normal. Have a good day.

Thanks for the advice but I think I don't there is a need to change. The problem isn't on the charger nor the cellphone. But anyways, I hope my problems get solved before it's too late. Best of luck too.

It is quite normal for handphone to become hotter after and during a battery charge. I experience the same condition with my smartphone. Furthermore, my smartphone become hot when I play intensive games and online. I guess it is due to the increasing stress or work we give the processor of the phone to process. You should let it rest a while by shutting it down or not doing anything intensive when your phone gets hot.
