Yesterday I had to see my dentist for the 4 months oral hygiene inspection check. The reason I have to come back regularly after 4 months because I had really bad hygiene problem. I didn't clean enough, or maybe I didn't use floss enough. Whatever the reason, the dentist keep on nagging and nagging, sounds like my mom. Eventually, I have to use the floss more regularly, and keep up the oral maintenance. Yesterday she check again, she gave me 2 thumbs up, and pat on my shoulder for a great job I had done. Luckily, she didn't charge me extra, since my insurance only paid twice a year for oral cleaning. I have to keep up so I can come back to 2 times a year cleaning schedule.

that's good to hear! we should be careful in our body and maintain good physical hygiene especially in oral hygiene because we use it everyday to talk to people..It will turn them off if you have bad breath and bad oral hygiene can cause so many oral problems..well then congratulations!

I congratulate you, my friend! So many times we hurry up when cleaning our teeth and then tar sets in and the dentist has to help us. In my country there´s no dental insurance. Health insurance only covers the rest of the body
