where is the "Elance Admission test"?

Is there anybody who is familiar with Elance can help me? As we know, it is required to do the "Elance Admission test" to complete your profile and get to work, but i can't find any link to the test, i have browser all the pages of this site and use search tool to find these three words, but i failed. If you are a member of this site and has passed this test, could you tell me how to get the link of this test, or please send me the url of the test, thanks so much!
