Is Mauritius eligible to get payment from Mylot?

I am trying to put my payment information in mylot but I am unable to do so. One person from Mylot told me that my country is not registered to get payment from mylot. I do have a paypal account. I want to know about it as soon as possible. I do not want to waste my time and continue posting without hope.
