they say that breakfast is the most important thing, and that we would feel fuller and we won't eat much the rest of the day. and those who skip meals tend to eat more at night. but i don't feel that . i feel like when i eat breakfast on time that it just makes me feel like eating more towards the end of the day. the more i have the desire to eat more throughout the day. but maybe that does not happen every time. but i will try to observe what again the effect on me if i skip breakfast. hopefully i can be able to have the motivation to keep on my diet.

Most of person skip breakfast and take direct lunch as early as possible. I also skip my breakfast because most the time is gone to making it then lunch is late. Skip lunch or dinner is not good habit but skip breakfast is common thing.

As far as my experiences are concerned when I eat breakfast it gives me the appetite to eat my lunch and dinner on time. To me that is good because when I don't eat breakfast the time for the rest of my meals become erratic. I think it is good to have all your meals on time rather that having it earlier or later.

Breakfast is the one of the most important meal of the day. Having them in proper time will help you to have the full energy for the day. Anyway I cannot skip it because I will feel well tired without having them.

I don't eat breakfast, just because my digestive system is weird and I am always sick in the morning, so eating something never sounds good.

I would try to eat something, you are supposed to eat breakfast as you've said. Maybe if you eat very little you will snack throughout the day (but healthier) and then have a big dinner and be and feel better.
I've heard that is one way to help one lose weight.

Dieting does not work for long-term weight loss, and skipping meals simply makes your body think that you are starving. This prompts it to go into survival mode, and you won't lose weight.
Instead, start off your day with something that is really filling such as oatmeal. Add cinnamon to it to help boost your metabolism.
Also, adding other spices to your food throughout the day may help to boost your metabolism; turmeric, rosemary, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika all are said to have metabolic boosting benefits (as well as other health benefits).

If you are on a diet to lose weight then skipping breakfast won't help you. When you starve yourself your body goes into a survival mode where it will store more fat. Breakfast is the ost important meal of the day like you said. What you should be doing is eating small portions throughout the day rather than 3 large meals or something. So at the very least have a a banana or something if you have to run out the door

En, I have the habit of breakfast. In order not to eat little the rest of the day, I think having breakfast is good for our health. Moreover, if I don't have breakfast I will have no power to do anything. Although opinions vary from people to person, I still keep my viewpoint and give advice to you. Best wishes!

We all have different genetic make up and different levels of metabolism. But it's a fact that a person's metabolism slows down as night approaches, but a person's activity on a daily basis must also be factored in. I have experienced skipping breakfast back when I have to work late nights, and I'm happy that there's no change in my weight, I even lose some. Only to discover later on that my happiness is short lived haha! All those weight I've loss didn't stay away. But when I changed my eating habits, the weight I lost stays really away.
