Aiming to be fit!

Is there anyone out there willing to give me tips to be physically fit? I would appreciate your response that would help me to achieve my goal...

Have a healthy life style. Eat healthy food. Don't starve yourself. Regular exercise. Be fit the natural way.

I don't need to lose weight as I have been since my childhood.But what I have read and have seen happen with many people having extra layers of fat on their bodies is that doing 'pranayams'[ breathing exercises ] and yoga is the best way to shed weight.To learn how to do pranayams you may take the help of the internet or buy any good books on breathing exercises.You will see improvement in your body shape within a month if you do pranayams properly.

Hi SA,running is better than walking.It strengthens your whole body and improves your fitness.

Walking: Its probably the best way to keep fit, I dont mean dawdling I mean actually brisk walking, working up a sweat. Aim for 10000 steps a day. Running: As above, its free too!! Get a Nintendo Wii and do the active games on there such as Zumba. Dancing, I dont know about you but I love dancing I dance for hours everyday!! Stairs are a great way to help you lose weight, and stay fit and healthy run up and down them o0r even walk up and down them atleast 10 times a day, will do wonders for your figure and will keep your heart healthy. When you would be sat, get up move around, dont just sit down, simple but effective. Hope this helps!!

There is a natural product which will help you loose weight easier. It is not an expensive pill or something. It is a product of the nature. It helps in many directions about healthy body - not only lows down the fats in your body, but makes your immune system stronger, lows down cholesterol, make your metabolism faster. Some people always try to find good ways to lose their weight online,but most of people failed, because some tips will take effect on some people. but it doesn't suit for all people. so what is the most important is that you should try to find ways which can take effect for you.

Same here. I have been asking for suggestion to be physically fit. But i am not physically ill but i just want to achieve that certain body. And lately I'm just setting in front of my personal computer and i forget to indulge in physical activities in quite sometimes.

keep at it and don't give up. pick exercises that will cover your whole body and make sure to eat properly.
