No rain today

We have had two days with no heavy rain.Just the odd shower.What a difference I can get out and about again.The garden is almost ruined my bulbs have rotted in the ground my flowers have been flattened by the continuous rain over the last three months.The weeds have done well though so plenty of work to do.The heaviest rainfall for the longest time in England since records began.We were lucky our house did not suffer any flooding or storm damage so cannot complain.Just so nice to see the sun coming through at last.The forcast for the weekend is warm and fairly dry.Getting hotter next week.Hurray we might still salvage some sort of summer.The kids have broken up from school so a bit of nice weather would not go amiss.Down by the river it is still quite muddy but has started to drain a bit ,so we can go out for walks again.Hurray

hi,
there are some places here in my country that needs rain especially in the province,and here in the city we need more sunlight and not rain because our city are prone to flood and heavy traffic when there's a rain.and aside from that traveler who will go to work will pissed them off too.
