Tour Guide with no License - not anymore

My sister works for a travel agency and they offer tours around the city and in 3 other provinces off the island. She is the pioneer tour guide in their company, but for 2 years now, her employer still hasn't gotten her a license. She is worried all the time that some Tourism Dep't staff might go after her knowing she is not a registered tour guide. She is really good at what she does, so I thought of sponsoring her license application and start our own travel agency. However, there are a lot of things on our way for now, so she decided to stick with them for awhile. It also won't be easy for her to get another job with a better offer, since she has not graduated from college and was even lucky to get that job. Fortunately, their manager resigned and their employer decided to promote her to lead supervisor. She got an increase, plus they've committed to work on her license this time. Good things happen to those who wait.
