When i make egg for breakfast, I like to experiment in different ways. Sometimes it turns out to be like pizza. One day I was eating this egg I had made and my friend is asking me, "where did you get pizza from?" haha. I laughed at her. then gave her the egg I had made. she loved it. So how do you like to make egg for breakfast?

I love eggs and have them in one form or another most days for my breakfast. I think that my very favourite way of eating them is to have them lightly boiled with toast'soldiers' However I also love them poached, scrambled and in omelettes! As well as tasting good and being so versatile eggs are the ultimate fast food!! They are relatively inexpensive to buy and they are really good for us - they are packed with a range of nutrients including protein, essential vitamins A, D, E, and B group as well as minerals iron, phosphorus and zinc. They’re relatively low in saturated fat, making them a healthy fast food for all the family. They’re low in calories with only around 80 calories per medium egg – so they are great if you’re on a diet, especially combined with vegetables and salads as part of healthy balanced meals! Eggs are one of the most nutritious foods money can buy. They contain a wealth of vitamins, minerals and protein. In particular, they contain B vitamins that perform many vital functions in the body and are especially rich in vitamin B2 riboflavin, important in the release of energy in the body, and vitamin B12 needed for normal blood formation. Eggs are a source of vitamin D, which is involved in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus and is necessary for bone health. They also contain vitamin A – essential for normal growth and development and vitamin E that is necessary for cell protection from the damage caused by free radicals. Eggs contain many essential minerals, in particular phosphorus, essential for healthy teeth and bones, as well as iron, which is essential for red blood cell formation and zinc, for the normal function of the immune system. Trace elements are also present in eggs, especially iodine, required to make thyroid hormones, and selenium, an important antioxidant. Antioxidants work by preventing the damage caused by uncontrolled oxidation in the body and are believed to help protect against diseases such as heart disease and some cancers. Here in the UK after the Salmonella scare during the late 1980’s, many people are wary about using eggs, especially raw as in mayonnaise, lightly boiled eggs etc. but now UK egg production is among the safest in the world.

I like eggs in all kinds of dishes, but for breakfast, I prefer fried or scrambled. For other meals, I make omelets, cook them in casseroles, make scrambled egg salad and lots of other ways. I'm curious, though. What did you do the egg to make it look and taste like a pizza??

Oh... I'm gonna try that! It sounds really good. Making eggs with mushroom is probably made much the same way. Stir eggs very well, then add mushrooms and sort of bake on top of the stove with a lid on? I have some new ideas for one of my favorite foods now, thank you.

another thing, while I was traveling in Korean Airlines, They gave something for breakfast which i can't forget. I would love to know how it is made. It was egg but then when i had a first bite, I could see mushroom inside. How did they make that. I wish to know, so if some body knows it here can tell me. I will be very grateful.

Wow I will surely try that pizza egg recipe of yours. We always have eggs at home. Sometimes, we would just have bread and fried egg in the morning. We also love omelet at home and I love to bake so most of the times I use egg. Adobo eggs is one of my favorite since I was a kid.

Pizza egg? How do you make that? Is it just like an omelet or something? I make just regular eggs; either boiled, fried, scrambled, and I also make omelets.

Wow, that does sound good and not too complicated as I thought it would be. I am not a good cook at all. But I think I can manage something like that... Thanks!

I have to make sure that we always have eggs in my house. It is the only one thing that I can make something of and it will turn out okay. Me and my siblings also like to experiment we almost put everything in it. One time we put left over pasta and scrambled eggs together and baked it. Another time we put left over ground beef and eggs and some flour and herbs together and fry them like patties. For some reason I prefer scrambled eggs than eggs over easy for breakfast. Since there are times that I mess up the yolk, all of them turns out to be scrambled in the pan lol! But my husband doesn't complain.

Here we don't eat much eggs for breakfast, people eat them mostly for lunch I think. Because I don't like much eggs, I like just to fry them the way they are, "on eyes" we call them here.
