For four months now, I have been having a terrible time receiving and sending mobile text messages and calls at that. I didn't realize that my unit is a no-signal zone when I checked it for the first time. But, I do remember experiencing it during the signing of the contract. Didn't think it could be such a real serious hassle later on. It started making me frustrated whenever I am expecting important calls and messages. There were even times when my friends would just leave a message on my FB wall to let me know they sent a mobile message. Sometimes I already want to sulk and cry real hard but what's the use. I always have to go down the lobby just to send and receive messages. And it's not comfortable there as it's more of waiting area for the elevator than a lobby. Plus there are lotsa mosquies. *sigh* Good thing, I found a better place to go to -- the pool. But, still, of course I wanna text inside my unit as much as possible. Because of my frustration, I looked for solutions over the Internet. I found a site where they demonstrated how to create a make shift signal booster. Only it didn't work for me. They used a can of soda. Cut it to L-shape. Leaving the entire butt as the resting place of the gadget. They just made sure the edges are smooth so it won't cause cut. Just it isn't a help. :( I considered buying a real signal booster only it costs around $200+. Of course, I will still need pay for the shipping. So, if anyone knows what might can help, please share here. Or, maybe, anyone who have a kind heart who has a signal unit you're not anymore using....donations are welcome. :)
