I see that you are from the Philippines. You can fund your JSS account via SolidTrust Pay, Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money or EgoPay. I know with SolidTrust Pay I was able to use an EON Debit/Credit Card from Unionbank to add funds to my SolidTrust Pay account and eventually transfer those funds to my JSS account.

Hi. First, JSS Tripler is no longer dealing with Payza so if you want to join and fund it you either have to use other payment processors. They have already introduced another Egopay instead of Payza. You either can join Egopay and try to find out whether you will be able to deposit. I am not sure of what type of debit card they accept.
