We are living in a speedy moving enviornment and we have to adopt appropriate measures to face such realities. First of all, there are over population everywhere and mainly because of there may be tought competitions among the job seekers. When compared to job opportuniites and job vacancies, it is having a wide difference and this situation emerges hardwork to compete with. We have to move with an analysing manner so as to study what is happening around and understand various factors which control the economy. It is an unavoidable and mandatory fact that we have to work hard and do hard work to learn and compete to become a high scoror in the academies and learning with high grade is a must to get a better position in whatever field we are studying. May be science, commerce, engineering or IT related field, we have to express our experties and knowledge and try to get into the main-stream by pushing into better options. There are skilled and unskilled and labour jobs where people have to opt with their own ability, education and such. So, if we do a better hard work, from my experience I think we have job/employment opportunities around (depend on the country) it varies. We need to have a better calcualtions, analysis, preparations to have a better job and of course, hard work is a must to go up in wherever we are opting. As a basic requirement, we need better education and have to study well. Unfortunately, the new generation is not much bothered about what they want to be and amjority are simply wasting their time in colleges and schools, by not realising, what is their future and to get a better position, we need to prepare right from the biggining and which will result in success and grwoth for the rest of our life. Everything is around, but we need to search and find out in the right time, right way, I am sure that we can get it because opportunity is equally for all, but who are making the effort, they will be able to get it without much effort.

Yes, it is really a apinful job to get a better positon in any of the companies. However, it is alwyays noted that there is higher competition and we need to understand all the basic and fundamental knoledge for anything. I hope you are enjoying the school job and hope will go up and up in the rest of life.

Don't give up, just be patient when finding a new job. It is hard but it doesn't mean impossible, right? You can keep doing the currently and finding a new one at the same time, it doesn't harm, right?

I agree, not everyone who graduated from good and prestigious school find a good job in the real essence. There are graduates who remain jobless or find job that give them less salary than expected-which is better than being a jobless.

Jai sis, it is really a pity when people who had graduated but unable to get job that are suitable to their skills. Same here, most of the graduates in my area here are having problem to get job that are relevant to their skills. Most of them ended-up being jobless.

Yes, have a job with low salary is better than jobless. But when we work with low salary we don't want to promote all our skill and ability. have a great day!

When I was in college I worked in telemarketing for the school during the school year. Our job was to call alumni and get them to donate to the college and they paid minimum wage, but we were also able to earn bonuses from our jobs and that was something that I really appreciated. It wasn't the best job that I have ever had, however, it was very convenient because it was right there on campus, so I didn't have to drive every evening to get to work.

Well, with the economy in the shape that its in these days, the answer will be, yes it is hard to find a job. There are not many jobs around and even less good paying jobs. Most people are working for minimum wage just to stay afloat with their bills. And married couples are working two, maybe three jobs just to maintain their life.

I have a low-paid job but I am still lucky to have a job where I can earn money to survive. I can't find high-paid job. And people in my family try to compare me of what I have reached and what I have bought or done in my life. It hurts but I don't care at all. What I have to care is that I work and earn money and my life is simple but I am happy.

Vovan, indeed it is not easy to find a good job nowadays. Good opportunities are usually given to those who have higher qualifications. Even those who have good working experiences do have a share of good jobs. But don't feel despair, since we can always search for a better job. Try your best to find your suitable job, who knows maybe you have the chance in the future. Good luck to you...

It may not be hard to find a good job but it may be hard to find a job which you want to do. Because of the problem of unemployment we have to do whatever job comes for us. For example my son has done a course in Graphic design and want to be a graphic designer. But he is not able to have this job. He is working in a garment shop instead of remaining unemployed. We have to make a living so we have to work whether we like the job or not. Perhaps by time and experience you may get a good job. You will have to apply and wait.

Well, I think that day of today's very difficult to find a stable job and secure. For example, I unfortunately find myself at the age of 37 years, still unemployed! And I'm worried about my future! Today I can still count on my beloved parents, but tomorrow, if not find a permanent arrangement, what will become of me? Its a very serious problem, because of a crisis affecting the world in recent years. We hope soon to reach a concrete solution!

Oh yes. For every available job there are hundreds of applicants vying for it. It is the "law in demand-supply" that aptly describes today's job market. And because hiring companies got the upper hand, they can very well play with the salaries they offer. If the applicant refused the offer, they can simply give the job to someone else who wants it. It's really a fierce competition out there. And it's even worse for new graduates if companies were looking for those who already have some work experience.

I agree, Nowadays its very hard to find a job especially for those graduate students like me with demanding course all over the country companies hires for a high rank applicant. Number one problems is the lack of vacant jobs. Number two they want more experienced individual employees, and also there is allot problems including poverty, low salary, increase of bills and daily product needs. etc etc..

yeah you are right finding a job is very difficult nowadays because of many fresh graduates want a job. my friends applied for a job 3 to 5 times still can't find and she like depressed. Maybe some of the people don't realized how bad the economy is until they get laid off and start sending out resumes/applications that get no calls back. even though you have a job your income start in a very low but later on it will increase your salary.

Yes, that is bad. When I have just graduated before 1 year, I aplplied for about 10 to 15 time and only one school give me a job and then because they pay very low and ask very hight so I left it and then I work for this school. I think my salary will increase but not much! Have great day mate

I agree. Finding a good stable job is indeed hard. I have friends who have graduated from top universities in our country and they still don't have jobs. Some reject job offers since the pay is just too low. Others don't even get job offers. It is sad that people are getting replaced by machines day by day. Companies hire less people nowadays since it is mOre cost effective to just buy a machine for the long run. Happy mylotting, friend.

tough question but an honest reality. in us here, the tough your work is, the lower is the salary you can get. i felt mercy to those who works in the street under the heat of the sun with little amount of salary. the hardships they encountered would not compensate it all. seems it is unfair. that is why sometimes, your education finished would give you that useless honor if you are applying for a job and did not qualified. gosh, backer or referral counts most in government agencies when you are applying a job. you will get hired if someone is prominent enough for your endorsement. a hurtful reality again. hmm, even so, do not lost hope. try and try until you succeed. time will come for you. just wait for that right timing. God is watching and repay those who exert sincerity and perseverance.
