sad. You want to give back the love but you just can't force your self to love him. If only I could teach my heart I would give all my love to him. At this moment, he is the only one showing that I am special...he cares for me, loves me and respects me.. If only I could...

I know how it feels. I've been there too. I think it's better to let him know that liking him back is not possible for now, especially if you're with someone. Just think about it first, if you're sure that you really don't have even just 1% "like" to him, then be honest to him and don't make him expect anything.

The odd thing is,he knows I am single and i broke my heart with someone years ago.. And the most ironic one is, I know I can't love him back but there's side of me who misses his text every time he couldn't text me. :(

Yeah, It's very saddening. But I experienced otherwise. I was the one who loved someone but I did not get the love back. Well, I know I cannot force him to reciprocate it; I truly respect his decision, but it's hurting me in the process.

If he is a good man, he truly will get hurt for not giving that love back..But you're right, to love is not to force, to love is to understand and to respect one's decision.

This is really sad. Once, I had an admirer similar to your description but I just couldn't do it. Eventually, when my husband became my boyfriend back then, this admirer of mine saw the big picture. I guess, he has a wife now.

This is how unfair the world is.. you love someone who doesn't love you and there's this someone who loves you but you can't love... Could someone's heart be taught? Could love be learned?
