Today companies asking more questions. If a oridinary person who cannot study in regular college will not get jobs in multinational companies. If he studied in regular college they will ask some unwanted question. If a person wants to go for another line after 10 years of work in a line companies asking so much of questions why you are coming to the new job. We cannot say negative answers also. Some persosns who make fake experience get jobs and others waiting for the long time and companies says that what are you doing for the last 5 years. Some peoples are working in not interested field due to money. When companies will change this kind of attitude. If a person has knowledge you must give him some test on that line and make him employable. Every person has some talent companies should test him and find talent within him and make him employable. If a person have knowledge company should take and need not ask him question like what are you doing for the ... year. They can put the person as fresher also and give training. But they are not making these things. What do you say? Is companies attitude is correct or not?

The correct company, treat employees as partners. Companies select employees for their quality, according to the needs of the job. Companies select employees who have ideas that could raise a company, not because of educational background. People who frequently changed jobs, not necessarily inferior.

May be. But still several companies saying that the person several people did not have employable skills. If several people did not have that skill means how people working in other concerns. Several great people in the world had succeed in their life after 40's doing the different work than what they done before 40's. So, Age is not mandatory. If the person have interest companies should allow people to enter in their concern after that you decide he will suitable to you or not. Without giving him a chance how can companies say he is not fit for that job. Every person is not perfect somebody is lack in some conecpts. Everybody improving their skill and nobody wants to sit idle.

IDEA24SHARE; All your questions are fine. Companies want people who can fit in to their culture. A student who has studied in a regular college is more equipped to take the pressure from peers and colleagues and is better suited. A student who has done degree in a reputed college obviously gets better knowledge, exposure, confidence and is more suited. a person with technical knowledge and also good aptitude and problem solving skills is a preferred person than a person without aptitude because he can handle situations well. when one changes line of work -- if he has valid reasons then it is fine. For example there was an executive in a private chemical company. he worked there for 20 years. Afterwards say around 40s he took to carnatic music and is doing well now. Vikram, tamil actor came into acting not in his young age. he is able to do well. But such percnetage is less. that is why more questions are asked. good day

Several people did not study anything but they are making great thing only depends on their skill. In our country several people are in great leaders who did not studied even college. They are ruling us. So education is not only helpful the person who have technical knowledge is helpful. G.d.Naidu is a famous person who did not studied much but invented lot of things due to his knowledge. If companies expect that knowledge and did not much care about qualifications and unnecessary question even several more people join in their concern and automatically the production of the company will increase.
