While I don't see to go with time and it is really difficult to follow up with time when new schedule peeks up in life. It makes the current task difficult and more demanding to do the current task at right pace so that we do not mess up with the rest. Sometimes it make even take over my sleep. I know some wise men and well known people in my locality who do go with time but at the behest of others and their family. They work sometimes day and night without coming back to home. How come they manage their family and work and not to get agitated by their family rude behavior. While some member understand that feeling, some don't and they want their relaxing time to be devoted to themselves, other time devoted people to work as slaves.
So my question is Do you believe in have a managed time and go with it. If yes how you do manage your work and family life. If no then why do you think that time management is not important to your life. Are you happy with your life style.

It is definitely important to use your time management wisely. The manner of doing so, is to determine if you are accomplishing something in your life or even in work per se.

Time management is important but it doesn't mean to follow it totally. You can be flexible with it. If something crops up suddenly and you need to put in more time for a certain part, then do it. Family is always important so, time needs to be put aside for them. For those who are working day and night without going back home, I wouldn't say that is wrong but rather it's bad for their bodies. It is not only unhealthy to their family relationships, they are also causing harm to themselves. So, proper time management can help to avoid such situation, maybe not 100% but at least 50%?
