I can't eat too much ice cream because I have asthma.

Now it is so hot. Eating an ice cream must be very wonderful, but I can't eat it freely. I have asthma. If I eat too much of it, I may have an asthma attack. I hate asthma, and I love ice cream so much. I want to much eat ice cream. Is there any solution for it?

i also have an asthma but i'm freely to eat ice cream because my asthma is not that worse..you can eat ice cream but in moderate to avoid asthma attack,maybe once or twice a week..ice cream is too cold and may cause you hard to breathe..it's just a matter of discipline and self-control.

Thanks for your advice. We asthma patients are so poor. We need to pay attention to many kinds of things. It's so lucky for you to have a mild asthma. Mine is serious. When I was young, I can't resist ice cream and eat it. It always makes me uncomfortable.Now I can control myself to eat less. I just want to know if other asthma patients also can't eat too much ice cream.

yes we have so many things to avoid.like super cold foods, pollen's,animal dander's, dust so we should always make our environment clean..we also have to avoid cold and dry environment,but how?whew!it's hard for us to carry this kind of disease..a lot of restrictions..

Ah that was too bad. My sister as also an asthma but he has this some sort of a medicined disk that he sprays on her mouth. After how many years her asthma was gone. So now he can eat anything that she wanted.

really?The asthma has been controlled by her?Why can't I? I have cured it by eating many kinds of medicine, but the effect is not so good. Now I try to control it by doing some foot massage and playing Taiji. It seems it turns better, but I still have asthma attack accidently.

Wow I had no idea eating ice cream can make it hard for you to breathe. I am borderline asthmatic but eatingice cream doesnt bother me at all. I love ice cream but if it caused me to have trouble breathing I wouldnt eat it. Its not worth the risk of having an asthma attack. Im sorry to hear about your troubles but Im glad you wrote this because now I have learned something new and will pass the info along to my sister whose daughter has asthma.

Yes,you are right. I'd better not eat any ice cream. Ice cream is too cold. If I eat it, it will stimulate my respiratory track and make me cough severely.

I can't eat anything which are too cold or too pungent. They will make my respiratory track cramp, and then make me cough severely or hard to breathe. I even can't stay in the air-condition room for too long.
