Everyone stresses about something. Sometimes it gets so bad you start having a panic ttack. I stress alot over money and not being educated above highschool level. I dont react well with pills and i have never went to he doctor to even try to find a way to hel myself. I would rather have at home ways to ease and calm myself. Any ideas?

I also stress my myself thinking money to pay my bills and rent specially if there's still important things to buy like medicine and yet my salary is not enough due being absent at work because of sickness. I guess i need to start having my savings in the future so if things happened like this then at least i have back up money for my bills, and with stress i have with my work probably i can just ask for few days vacation so i can relax. In your case you should avoid thinking that your only a high school grad. If you want then you can pursue college by being a working student though i know its not easy but just think that it will only takes few years and after that everything will be fine with your college degree. Now if the problem is being sick ans dont have money then try to ask help from family so that if you feel better then at least you can go back and look for job. I know its hard to look for job but dont be frustrated nor stress yourself by comparing to other people as your might different from them so just continue until you will find one.

The best solution for stress is meditation.I too went through a lot of stress after I became mentally ill and lost my job.But after I started to do yoga and meditation, my stress levels has come down. The exercise is simple.Just lie down on a mat or on the floor and concentrate on everything happening in your body, like your breathing, the sensations or sounds from your head etc.Let the floor hold you as you give way for your body to relax.Do this for a month and you will certainly feel the difference.
