All wants...but It is not easy...

Buying a house/apartment, even a small one is a dream of many people in here, especially people have low/medium income. The government tried to build many apartments with a medium price but people with low/medium income can't buy it at all. All are bought by the richer and they may sell and selling again..and the price is higher and higher till a person who realistically want to own a house/apartment.
All people want to have enough money to buy a house/apartment but it is not easy at all since land/house/apartment are so so expensive and its prices are much higher than its real prices.

Can have a house/apartment is my dream,if I have it,I will have that courage to pursue the girl I love and get marry with her,but without a house I afraid I can not give the happiness to her,I do not she share the tough day with me,so government pls,make the house prices back to normal.

I don't agree with you as often people don't save money and expect housing to be cheap or even worse feel it is their right to own a house. I feel only those who save, are money conscious and smart and can really afford a house should be the ones buying a house or even an apartment. Too many people buy one thinking they will earn a lot more money and when that doesn't come through....
Continue to save and I am sure you will be able to afford a place one of these days.

I don't understand what a virtual price is. I also assume houses there cost less than here and your interest rates are most likely low.

Having a house is one basic necessity so it definitely is a must. Some people like to take advantage of this fact, given their status and opportunity. As of now, I dream of owning a house for myself, too. I have it all planned but I do not know if I could really turn it real because I know it is going to cost me a lot and I have no stable source of income yet. At least not one that can make a marginal amount. I just hope that I could someday.

Don't give up your hope, who knows one day you can have enough money to buy your own house...it is hard but it doesn't mean we can't do it right?
same as you, i want to have my own house too but currently i can't buy it...but i still put it as a goal and try to complete it..i hope i can reach that goal one day..

Buying a house here from developers is also a big pain. We had nothing but headaches with buying our house, and to think the developer is the top company in real estate. We also tried buying from a private individual, same thing. They're making it hard for us.
