How stress affects the body?

I have been working in the office whole day, not only doing the office work but sometimes drives a motorcycle to deliver some paper works to the other office. After work when I reach home, house hold chores are waiting to be accomplished. Then after dinner the assignments of my two kids to prepare and let them study. With all of work I have made how stressful I felt for I have done this everyday. But it does not affect my body because I am big and always on the go. How about you? Any comment of how stress affects your body.

good day uolyram, honestly, my health give up two days ago. that i was suffering from a vertigo attack last time due to a lot of thinking and stress. and this really affects me from head to foot. that i can't move easily and i feel some pain in my head whenever i attempt to open my eyes. so i am walking with my eyes close. that, this sickness are the results of my stress long time. and there is no exact medicine for this, the only cure is to have a good relaxation and very less of thinking.

Stress makes my body weak and wimpy. It's make me look older than my real age. I try to take vitamins to lessen the every day stress I get. I don't if it helped.

Yes, that is true, when you are in stress your body felt so tired and weak but try to have some rest and have a vacation to a place were it is cool and with less polutions. It is also good to take some vitamins for your health. Thanks for the response.

watch funny videos or movies or anything that can make you laugh. because laughter is the best medicine and laughter takes away your stress.

Hi, There can be two type of stress, mental and physical. Mental stress is characterized by such things as worries over money or a loved one's health, loss of a loved one or losing a job. Physical stressors include a lack of sleep, poor diet or the effects of an illness. But remember not to allow stress rule over you. Follow few simple steps to make yourself free from stress and have a fit body & mind too. Understand we are not superwoman/superman – so we need to learn ‘saying No’. You may be taking on more responsibility than you can handle at the time, especially in office. Do one thing/job at a time but as well try multitasking too. Also you keep aside few minutes which is ‘just for yourself’ during this few minutes do whatever u like. If you like to read, read, if you want to share a joke with a friend- call him/her and share, just learn to relax and keep your mind free of tensions. Take slow and deep breaths and try meditating for sometime. Taking herbal tea could help you to distress. Similarly, understand your worthiness and appreciate even the small things / happenings in our life. I too have a hectic and busy life style and am working mother of two. I too have the similar routine of yours as I work for full time too. Its very easy for us to get stressed but we really need to boost us ourselves and move forward in life.

It is my routine work almost every day because I am detailed in my mother office and I have to go to my boss for her signatures. I have to use motorcycle for it is easy to pass through busy streets. I appreciate your advices and thank you.

There several things that might cause a day to be stressful. Personally, too much work and pressure at the office would make my day stressful and cause headache.

HI Uolyram, Good to read your daily routine Please can you give me some tips how i work without stress.Because i take so many stress in my life daily and that the reasong i am so upset day by day i have a pain in my body. Good day to you, I am not so affected with my work because I did not bother to think about it. I just do the task without hesitation and I love my work for I find it more challenging as in doing it as my routinary work. You know driving a motorcycle daily with my two kids in going home after work, I have the fulfillment of spending it also with my daughters.

Yes actually I under great stress no matter from work or dailylife,firstly my work is quite tough,It is very hard for me to sell out my products in hand cause there are no advantage in prices,secondly in my dailylife now I almost 30 years old but no money,no house,no car and no girl friend,how sadly it is.And this situation no just me,I find out that many of the young people who with the same age as me face those problem as well,where is our future?

Well our future is in our hands, the way we make things easier for us to work through. Do not worry about your age, I was 36 when I got married and now have two kids. But still struggling to earn for a leaving and with more stress encountered, but I find time to rest and have a good health for my family to support.

There are a lot of types of stress depending on how and what, there are emotional stress,psychological stress, spiritual stress and the most popular is physical stress, the stress that you're feeling is mere I think a physical stress.. Rest is the best cure on it.. I also encounter so much stress every day, we can't avoid it, but we can lessen it,by trying to stop worrying too much, stay calm, always smile, just think positive and always pray to Lord for guidance.

umh...it is not stress yet...if you get a real stress, you can not be active and energetic like that. I used to be in stress for long time, my body was tired and my mind, my mental was very bad, i could not focus on work and just worried many things, i could not remember well also. However at least i passed that time and be normal back. It is not easy to get out of stress also, you know.
