Traffic Exchange in clicksia- what it signifies?

I have been working with ‘clicksia’ for the last few months. So long after logging in, I used to click on the icon ‘view ads’ and started clicking on the ads available one after another. I never tried to look at for any other aspect of the site. Yesterday suddenly attention was drawn on another icon of the site which was designated as ‘Traffic Exchange’. I clicked on it. The name of a site appeared. I clicked on it. Like the same as in ‘view ads’ happened, I was directed to click on the picture in reverse. When I did it, I found the message which I am quoting-‘Congratulations! You have just earned 0.80 TE credit. Stand by redirection’. Let me know what it signifies. Has it any monetary benefit? What would I do with these TE credits thus accumulated in my credit?
