How much you drink water.

Water is essential for life, and it is true that if you don't have food then you could survive for months but if you don't have water then you will die after three days. What doctor's has to say is that each person should drink at least 1 liter water daily, and what training experts say is that drink water so that your urine is not yellow but pure like clear water. But how much water do a common man drinks, may be a half a liter or less, and suffers from several problems. Do you drink as what doctor's prescribe or you drink less or you drink it more than what is described. Well drinking lots of water has lots of health benefits too, so keep drinking until l its free.

I'm not a big water drinker. By that you should read: doesn't drink water on a daily basis. I drink other things, but not a lot of fluid. I have a scale that tells how much water weight you have and supposedly I'm 57% water and that is on the high side.

I don't know which equipment you are speaking of. but can explain more on that equipment. How can an instrument measure your body water.

I would have to say not that often. Even though it's recommended highly to drink water everyday I only drink about 1 bottle every two days. I know it's unhealthy to do so but for some reason I just don't like the taste of it as much as I used to.

1 bottle in two days that very much what I consider a not good situation. If you don't drink enough water then there is a possibility to develop kidney stone and also you will feel more tired than usual.

hello, According to science we should drink at least 8 litres of water every day in order to keep our body fit and fine. We need to drink water regularly and at equal interval of time specially in the summer time in order to keep our body hydrated. Then only we will feel good. Otherwise we will feel dehydrated and will be unconscious. Water is needed for each and every process inside our body. So always dink sufficient amount of water.

I love drinking something, unfortunately the tasteless water is not one of my favorite things. I catch myself often at the evening when I smoked too much during the day thirsty, so I drink one or two glasses, but I mostly prefer fruit juices or coffee. I don't like bubbling drinks like soda a lot. I know that water is not only life saving thing, but also a thing transporting energy. There is a russian movie for the memory of the water. It is also a big part of our body, so we better think positive for the glass of water we are going to drink. I know, it sounds little insane, but is an interesting thing and is a matter of fact in the science.

Basically, for some it's not how much water that you drink, but it's when and how much that is important. To get dehydrated is crucial. That's why we should drink plenty of water as much as possible 6-8 glasses daily . It is strictly recommended especially if the weather is hot. If you experienced lose vowel movement it is better to consult a doctor immediately to get well .

I try to drink as much as possible , i do drink teas and V8 juices other than that thats about it , i try my best but its all about dedcication and reminding yourself to drink it each time.

Water is really important for our body.So i pay much attention on drinking it everyday.Many friends say they drink for many cups everyday.But i think this is still in relation to your personal body type.lol,just keep drinking.

4 liters of water is enough for a adult person.But 1 liter per day is very low.We need much water in summer than winter.But lots of water has not lots of heath benefits,there is some limitation,it varries man to man.
