why most of the survey site accepts people only from america/?

i have joined many survey sites but most says survey is only for those from USA. why is it like this? Are there any good paying survey sites available for all?

Yes, not only survey sites. Even the upfront payment article writing sites. Somehow, I find it unfair and a bit bias. Why won't they give people outside the USA to make decent money online. Good thing mylot welcomes people all over across the globe.
