What do you mean you want to apply for another one using the same account number? Do you mean you want to have two smart money cards having the same account number and sharing the same account name? If this is what you mean, I don't think it's possible. You can only have one card for every account you open up and this applies as a general rule actually even to banks and credit card companies. You may only apply for another card if you report your original card as damaged or lost. But that will trigger deactivation of the reported lost or damaged card prior to issuance of the replacement card. You may, however, apply for another card, but in a new account. :-)
