eating fast food: the healthy way

I think everybody loves fast food. It's convenient, it's fast, it's delicious. But the downside is the unhealthy calories. You would really blow up like a balloon. So, I've been researching in the net and I found there are some fast food products that are HEALTHY. Yes, it's true. Take for example the Mcdonalds McChicken. It's good and it only has 370 calories. It's size and small portion of mayo means this sandwich is lower in calories than other options.

Though I can agree with your saying that fast food is convenient and that it is fast. However, I really don't think that it is delicious most of the time. The reason that I feel this way is because of the fact that the majority of those fast food items which we tend to consume are loaded with carbohydrates and sodium and this makes it not as tasty to me. With that said, I think that the best way to eat something that is fast is to depend more on produce than we tend to do on a regular basis. What would be faster than eating a salad or raw food?

I don't think any of the McDonald's range is healthy at al.I don't like any processed foods and prefer healthy eating of good fresh food. McDonald's is also not very filling much more a snack than a meal. If I have any 'fast food'I always opt for a Subway, they are far better for you and tasier
