Swf files to fla

I want to conver swf files to fla files format but there are many but they didn't work good and i didn't able to find the good thing what i want and it didn't get what i want.Anyone help to get me good swf to fal converter advice me a good software. It must work good may or may not be free.
Well any other way of converting swf to fla is possible without software if possible sahre your views. I hope all here will read to get help from it.

I had tried but it didn't work well but i have found another software which is efficient. ALso i am not so perfect in flash so i am facing problem and not able to give efficent work on it.
I am learning flash and will build more products on flash as i am current genrating small apps on flash.
