what do you feel can music change your mood accordingly? if yes? have you used/tried it? how can it be beneficial to our personality?

I beleve music can change our mods if we are open to it. There are music which can be mellow to somehow lts us stay calm or reminiwce past.hich will make us cry at ims.here are also fast ones which lets us act or mv fast.thas why runners liked to have musc with hem.
I believe it is a good way to have different moodshifts...

and how do you understand that? sometimes music is on but the listener is thinking about something else. for example:- the runner listening music but his mind may not be on the music. so how does the music influencing the runner's running mood? but this is what i feel.

I know. sometimes the music is on but the listener is really not listening. but if you are running and listening at the same time, the faster the music you have, the faster you also run...well it also depepnds on what are you thinking of course. there are times it's mind over matter. if you are open and focused to what you are doing and listening, you are on the right track...it all depends on you...
