Facebook Chatroom? How to Add it on a Page

I have a page I'm in on Facebook and the owner said they added a chatroom to the page and I have seen it and been in it but don't know how to add them to a page myself and would like to. Anyone ever seen or heard of this and how you do it?

Well this is cool. Having a chatroom in Facebook is awesome. You can chat with your friends in real-time like doing an IRC chat, or a Yahoo Messenger chat. It's about time they did something like this.

Well, I have only seen it once so far on one fan page so I dunno how easy it is to put on a page yet. I want to put it on one of my pages but can't figure it out even with those tutorials and videos.
