mylot paypal verification help

Ok so after joining MyLot I notice my PayPal have to be verified , I am not able to do that right now because I have a local debit card and i cannot used my bank account because I am not from the US . So is it possible that my father could register for a PayPal account and verified it , then I create a MyLot account for him and make my earning go to his PayPal account ? I am asking because I see something under account preference = account affiliation stating "I used the same PayPal email address as the following usernames; however my first and last name is accurate in my payment preference" and under that you can chose relationship . My father is a US citizen so it would be much easier for him to verify his PayPal account . It will take me another year in my country to get a major debit card or credit . This question is long but I want to be clear , thanks :)
