Adobo: A Filipino dish

I love Adobo and it is easy to preapre. Simply put pork or chicken in a pan, pour vinegar and soy sauce depending on your taste, add balck pepper and laurel leaves, and bring it to a boil. Once the meat is tender, it can be served with rice. Very tasty indeed.

I love Adobo! It is one of my favorite Filipino dishes. I prefer the Pork than the Chicken adobo. Try cooking a spicy adobo too.
