Writing is the best form of medicine. I feel its the best because letting words matarialize the feelings that we have inside make us express them better. I often write my feelings in a journal, and now here on Mylot. I find it more comforting that people can read my thoughts and express their feelings about what I have to share. On my own, I consider it a written soliloquy, since the word itself is the act of speaking alone, in a theatrical sense, however this is not a theatrical sense. It's a written form of a soliloquy that I often use when writing in a journal. Do you write alone, or do you prefer to share you utter most thoughts with the world. In my case, it's both.

I’ve always been intrigued with writing that is a game of solitaire. In fact I’ve found the two activities very similar. My inner child feels the same way. I suspect that the world may have different opinions so occasionally I tell her to stay inside or that what we are doing is private. This is what I think you just said. I feel like a parrot or a parasite now. – we both know where that came from. ok.
ok.

                     ok.

and to me mylot is better therapy than a psychologist in so many
ways. I also love to write poetry and fiction too.great discussion
