Help me find this Romanian-ish song with Arabic and English lyrics

So I was surfing through channels last night, when I stopped to this song that was being played on MTV. I cannot tell you much about the lyrics, but I really, REALLY liked the song and I need it. By the time I reached the song, it was almost over and they had already shown who the artist was and stuff.
So, I will try to describe the video and lets see if you can help me identify the song:
1. The singer was a blonde girl. I'm not sure if it was the singer herself, or just an actor. But the end of the song, a girl is shown sitting on a chair (half-naked 
).
2. A few guys are shown exiting her house. One of them wore one of those Edward Maya spectacles - you know, the huge-framed ones.
3. The video looked very exotic, very well lit. Again, like Edward Maya and Vika Jigulina's Stereo Love's video.
4. The singer has a soft, subtle voice. Not one of those screechy ones. She definitely wasn't Alexandra Stan.
5. Her voice was so soft, that I couldn't catch much of the lyrics. But I'm pretty sure I heard "Yalla Habibi" in-between English lyrics.
