well depends what cuisine you are looking for to learn and for what purpose. If to make yourself some nice food to eat then I would suggest to learn from the internet. There are some wonderful thing to cook and experiment. In case you want to put up a restaurant and want to become professional then you find a tutor. I learn from the internet and from TV. I also like to try different dishes for my family. hope you get sorted with this. Have a wonderful day.

Internet has lots of good sites for different recipes and best dishes which are really big help in terms of cooking. Since you know already the basics in cooking you just need to practice very well to improve your cooking skills but asking for a tutor is also a big help because they have lots of experiences and they can really teach you actual. Before I also don't know how to cook and I only collecting recipes from cook books but when my grandmother saw me cutting recipes from magazine she taught me how to cook and share his cooking techniques to make the food delicious, presentable and not easy to spoil.

Well i suppose Internet is the best tutor than a personal tutor. It would be rather an expensive affair to hire a tutor for cooking. Internet nowadays have been bombarded with a lot of cookery tips and those can be inculcated in real life and hence it can act as a good tutor for us.
