I have used vinegar for a lot of things. But most of those were for medicine and cooking. I also have used it in the garden as a soil conditioner. What other uses can can you use vinegar for in the garden?

You use vinegar for soil conditioning? This is a new thing to me. I love gardening but didn't know vinegar can condition soil. I'd appreciate it if you will give more details. How do you do that? How much vinegar is needed for a regular pot of soil? I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks!

I think you can find a lot more information online then I can give you. But it is used to raise the pH level of the soil. Not all plants can tolerate high pH levels. So it is important to know which ones it can be used around. It also has to be diluted to the right amount or it could still damage plants. You would also need to test the soil to see if the levels even need it.

For first time I understand about this use of vinegar. We use it right before eating some things like beans. And in salads, but I never knew it can be used for soil things too.

I have used it a lot as a medicine. It is a very good antiseptic as well. The only problem is it burns bad on cuts.
