to resist or to rise..?

Some people will face lots of bad situations in their life. For example, some local gangs will hit an innocent person for some unnecessary reasons, getting money from innocent people, like this. Many people will try to fight against this violent behaviour by those local gangs and thugs, but because of the safety for their family they will resist themselves and ignore those violent activities. As a human, do we want to act against this violation of rules or do we want to resist and be as a slave for those animals..? just suggest your answers...

I think you should report this to the police because it is something you cannot handle by yourself especially when these people are in a gang. You're not only protecting your own family, but also the safety of your community.

you may be correct, but complaining to police is not that much effective as there are lot more corruption occupying everything even the police...if we tell the police they will inform the gang and gang will alternately take action(haha) against the innocent peoples. police don't take action against these animals..
