Should photo IDs be required in order to vote?

I think so. I know in cali I didn't have to have it I just walked up and said my name and address. Shoot I could have been anyone. now that I am in South Carolina I have to have a voters card and picture ID with me.

yes they should have ids when voting because sometime they will be other people voting for others or voting more than one time
