How many of you use freelancer.com. Do you do projects for submitter. Have you been paid for your work. How does it work. I have also created an account but what I think is that they only allow projects to those who have tried test in their sites. And each test cost around $5

This is all about jobs, earning, work, for people, group or company both offshore/inshore. People submit their projects, people bid for projects and one get selected for doing the work.
