I am feeling worried for no reason right now and yesterday. It's like I feel weird, worried, scared and nervous. What causes this? I even feel like crying right now.. Ugh! I hope this isn't serious.

Sometimes I experienced it too especially when I am alone at home and nothing to do. I think you need to relax and empty your mind, maybe you have lots of worries and thinking too much. Better to go out and walk with your daughter and friends to divert you attention. Hope your felling better right now friend. Have a nice day!

It could be lots of thing. It could be a reason of a medicine, a reason of something that has happened to you, sudden change of weather and climate, starting depression, bad dreams... maybe visiting a psychologist isn't a bad idea, if it doesn't cease in a day or two.

There are times I felt the same worried and un easy. I think most women do, you came to the right place here in Mylot. Most of the time I came here for that, we need friends to talk about this and somehow it helps to release the worries. Prayers is a big help too.

There's maybe a lot of worries surrounding you that you don't know. Yesterday, I slept and woke up crying immediately. The day before that I was thinking about a lot. That I lost my work and I couldn't get a job yet, where would I live and stay, and also my budget being here away from the province. I was being hard at myself. I went here in Manila to pursue my career but I didn't succeed in my first job. I feel a little down still but I try to take it as a positive. Don't dwell on negative feelings for so long and move on. That has always been my problem. I tend to dwell on my failures and regrets that I shouldn't done something. Avoid negative emotions because it will affect you in a great way.

Our outlook towards life make us happy or unhappy, worried or carefree. Our apprehensions make us worried and unhappy. Most of us expect to face troubles in future. In fact,we tend to overestimate or underestimate our worries. We don't realize that more than 90% of our worries are baseless. They often don't affect our life, but we are afraid of by them.If we develop a positive outlook towards life,we can get the better of our unhappiness and depression. We must realize that 9 out of our 10 worries never take place. The one that takes place gets solved when we try to solve it.

I am also experiencing that kind of mixed emotions at times. It usually happens to me when my period is coming. I think it must have something to do with our hormones.
