AT&T U - verse bundle, do you think that is a great deal?

I am not crazy about watching hundred - channels TV program, because I knew majority of those channels they offered are garbage. I only enjoy about the fast - internet access, that is all. While my clear 2 - year terms contract almost over, and I hope that they will keep on offer the same price on me, or I might have to shop around again for better deal. With AT&T, the only catch with their U -verse bundle is that I have to attach the TV program with the internet service. That just not what I want. Does anyone who has U - Verse service from AT&T? Can you simply opt in the fastest internet service, and how much are they?
