Good day Fellow Mylotters,
It was really raining hard in our end. Aside from that, the wind blows terribly, as if it can remove an old tree from its root-end. And even you have an umbrella, still, you will get wet due to the gusty winds that blows. However, although the weather here is not good, I am not worried. Since a lot of people now a days are taking the extra-precautionary measures on what to do in times like this. Aside from that, as long as the internet connection is not disturbed, then, the condition will still be fine. Since, I can still do a home-based job and earn. Thus, its just taking things lightly and not to be gloomy due to the bad weather.

Yah, the rain and wind blows hard since Sunday night.
Me and my son drive along to check our area as per rescue operation (i'm a part of rescue team)
We saw uprooted trees, thu small trees and branches on the roads.
There's not flood anyway cause the rain is not that hard- but the wind blew so hard in all directions.
I am also glad that the power and internet connection is doing fine -so I was able to check updates from the net and latest news as well.

hi,
if there is no work and i am only stay at home of course i will feel a little beat of bored but if there is a internet connection it will gone the feeling of being bored because i have many things i can do with the use of internet connection,even during the typhoon time and no work for that day.

I was also thankful that in spite of the bad weather there was electricity and internet. However, it can also be boring without the sun. It has been raining since Sunday and I want some sunshine. It's been 3 days and the clothes have not dried especially the thick socks and towels. I sure miss the sun and I pity the victims of floods, so many people suffering because of the heavy rains.

Yeah. I think we live in the same country and it's been raining hard. It brings hassle to me everytime I go to work. Sometimes I get to work late because of this. But still, at least there's an internet connection if you are stranded at home.

ye right, it's boring, can't go outside, it's still raining but enjoying here browsing the web, but sometimes, I don't even know what to do next online, especially when I finished watching anime, still just to overcome being bored.

Sure i agree with you as lomgasthere is an internet connection, everything is fine.. As long as there is power too... I am using my ipad to connect to the internet right now, as there is no power because of the typhoon, i need to check my jons online, i am so glad that i cold still acess the internet...

Our country is experiencing this rainy windy weather, i think it's because of the typhoon. We are on the rainy season, i think we are capable of handling this type of weather on our environment. We are used to this type of weather. The internet connection will not be affected because we have many telecommunications company who are always checking the safety and quality of their communication facilities and wiring's. :)

Hi, you sound like my husband. He would usually say that he will be fine as long as there is electricity and internet connection. We have the same situation here and am really hoping that the weather would be okay by tomorrow. From what I have heard from the news, this weather would only stay until Wednesday. I just do not know if there are new updates. We both do some online jobs at home so internet connection is one of our priorities.

Luckily the bad weather didn't disrupt your internet connection. Everything would be fine staying at home provided that the internet connection is still working. Nothing beats that on a rainy, moody day..

Yes if the internet is fine,the for the home based work,that is OK,but for me it is a different thing,cause I need to go out and take a bus then turn to subway to my office,so if it rain heavy,it will be very difficult for me to go to work.
So I very admire you my friend,and I also dream to be a soho works and get more money than work at the company as well,though this is still my dream but I definitely believe that it will come true sooner or later.

yeah that's right, also in our area heavy rains pours with such strong winds. i cant go out to our neighbors to chat something, even to get some stuffs at the nearby sari sari store. im just glad that i have internet connection, it works fine. thank goodness there is stuff like this to conquer boredom.
