Well, my sister has a two-year old. Right now she's working part-time as a tutor to kids. But recently she just told me that she wanted to find a real job so that she can support her daughter more. So it got me thinking, would she be able to make it? What is a daily routine of a working mom? What are the challenges? How do you balance all of them without ever collapsing?

Yes, I guess it's somewhat difficult to manage our time when we do our work at home and if we have our job. Time managementis very important. We need to wake up earlier in order to do our housework. After work, we have to attend some of the house work again. It's quite difficult but we have to, especially when we are short. We only think of earning money.

I think thinking about the future of your children would be a big boost to a working mom to be able to go on even though it's a difficult challenge.

I think it is not easy for a full time mom to take good care of her little daughter. I am also a working mom. I can do full time job because my parents help me take care of my child. Otherwise it is not possible to solve the problems. As sometimes you need to have a day off when your child is sick. And this is normal for little children. And when they go to kindergarten or school, you may send them there but the time is not suitable for you to pick them up when you go off work since it will be late. If your sister doesn't have other family to look after her child, then it is not easy to do a full time job.
I love China

i work part time and have health issues as well. fortunately, i have a hubby that supports me but we really need my income so i have to work. i have 2 teenaged daughters as well. i find that most women have two jobs. one at work and one at home and for me, often the house suffers because i am too tired to work on it after coming home from my other job.

I dont think whenever I have children I would want to be a stay at home mom . I think she will be able to make it if that's her desire . I wonder how my mother do it but because she make breakfast and dinner but that what I want also , my child will have two working parents .

It's not easy for a mom with 2yo children to find a real job which require her to go to office if she doesnt have any1 to babysit her children. If she is good in marketing there many company will hire her as a freelance, she can work from home and may be go to office sometimes only when she needed. Also she can try some online job, she can find bunch in internet. The other option is she may try her home base business likes clothes reseller, cosmetic reseller, etc, this is perfect option for her because she can earn money while taking care her children.

It can be very hard when you're a working Mum, but I think that anyone who tries to do so is amazing because of the fact that they have so much that they have to fit in, yet they will do it for the sake of their child. I have a friend who is a working Mum, and she has to get up at 5am every morning to get the children ready, take them to her Mum's (who looks after her boys while she's at work) and then be at work herself for 7. She gets home at about 7 and then has to cook dinner and put the boys to bed, and then the whole process starts again. So it is very tiring, but totally understandable why she wants to do so because she will be able to get a better future for her daughter in the long term, which is a wonderful thing to want to be able to do.
