Hey there everybody. So the leagues are almost about to start but they're not yet here. So while we wait, I'm happy there are these games called pre-season friendlies.
I always hope that big clubs will stop by here and play a friendly game with my national team the Philippine Azkals. Unfortunately no club stopped by here to play a game so I'm just made to wish for next year.
I always wanted Bayern Munich to come here and play a friendly. But something makes me a little scared for them to come. And that thing is - they don't give mercy to weaker teams!
Do you know what I mean? Sometimes when big clubs play against weaker teams they just use their substitutes so it will be a close game. But Bayern Munich use all their players! They've played 8 games and only lost 1 to Napoli. They had some close games like 1-0, 2-1 and 3-2 but the teams they played on those games were good clubs. Their 4 other games were all won with more than four goals. And 2 wins out of the 4 were won with more than 10 goals! 11-0 vs Trentino XI and 15-0 vs Paulaner XI.
I'd sure want Bayern Munich to come here to the Philippines but I'm scared if they do. My national team is not too good yet and we've only played against a famous club once. That was LA Galaxy last year and we lost 6-1! So if Bayern come and bring their full squad they will surely crush the Azkals!
I really don't understand why Bayern use their full squad on friendlies. Do you have any ideas?

Hopefully what you expect to happen, the big European teams want to come to your country and play there. I attended and was amazed with the development of football in the Philippines especially their appearance AFF Cup 2010. Although at that time was filled by regular monitoring and evalua Filipino naturalization but maybe the local players will be more excited.
I'm sure why Bayern Munich and other European teams do tou preseason using the second tier, it's because they want to add hours to fly the players coatings in order to play well and can produce a good team and there is no difference between the first team and reserves.

haha. Where are you from? You watched the Azkals? Did our teams play against each other?
Haha. Maybe it's not different the starters from the reserves but Bayern Munich starters don't seem to give any mercy. Like last year when Galaxy came here it was obvious Landon Donovan wasn't trying really hard. Every time he gets the ball in a dangerous situation he always passes it back to the wing back. Beckham was trying very hard it was obvious.
