Who is Ewen's mother? General Hospital

I saw yesterdays episode last night on SoapNet...and Ewen was talking on the phone and said (something to the effect) "my mother knows what I am doing" or doesn't know..whatever...thing is.. who is his mother? Wouldn't surprise me at all if it was Helena Cassidine. The blonde that she killed saying it was her daughter...maybe she wasn't her daughter but just someone she found and then used her son Ewen to brain wash her...electro-shock her brain to forget who she was and then brain wash her to believe she is her daughter and use her to kill Luke. I always did think that she gave such little issue to the fact that the girl was her daughter... I would think that she would have cared more for her than to do what she did..always thought that was odd. And now...Ewen is taking Robin to Cassidine Island (said she was in a swiss hospital) to have the same done on Robin. I have thought "why RObin", but at the same time...the actress wanted a leave of absence so that was the edge right there. So.. who do you think is Ewen's mother and what do they have going on!? Thing is..if Helena wanted a perfect "mini me" she should have just got ahold of Heather!
