Phildelphia Experiment and Phoenix Project ~ Alien Connection?

I have been reading up on the Phildelphia experiment. Basically, some bad experiments created a rift anf some experiments went bad and later the Phoenix Project was created to work withing the BREACH created from earlier experiments. It is speculated/rumored that there was an Alien entity involved, and then later another souce which intervened. Its a tough subject, but I am currious if anyone knows of actual proof of alien contact(governemnet docs) prior to Kennedys death and most likely in the 40's. Is it possible some other nation used psycological warfare to ambush our governemnt in these experiments. convincing the governement of the United States that they were aliens? Did Nazi's play a game with our nations top secret programs and get away with it? Just a series of thoughts, that maybe someone might have some answers or leads or sites I may not have seen or heard.
