How do you know the eggs are good for eating?

I know few methods for checking if the eggs are good for eating or they stayed too long in the shop before you buy them. One of the ways is break the egg and see if the yolk will stay full/whole or it will intersperse. The other way is if you shake the egg and if you feel like something is moving inside causing pressure on the shell, then the egg is too old and there is a very high chance this egg to be bad for eating. You probably know that old eggs may poison us or cause an allergy. Knowing all of this I have noticed that the eggs I buy now during the summer are not very good for eating. I check them by shaking and feel the pressure from inside. They say the expire time is 1 month, but I am not sure they keep them in a fridge all the time. 1 month is a very long time. We haven't ate eggs since some time. I think to pass eating them this summer.

If you wanted to have the first class type of egg from the market, then try this by just holding the egg in your hand and let it be focus on the light, then peep the egg in your hand by putting it near your eye.You could observe that good eggs are having a yellowish colored shadow from the egg shell and the circle is perfect---it just prove that the egg is the best one and it is very fresh.

Interesting, I never heard of this. Thanks for sharing. Actually in our shops the eggs are packaged and there is zero chance for me to take one single egg off the package and take a look of it before buying. But I will know for future, thank you.

Eggs bought in groceries and same markets are already pack and sealed, that you can not change the contents ,unlike in our markets here that the eggs are just displayed and you are freely the one to chose which one you like with the aide of a light bulb near the display. Although most of the eggs are really new and fresh from the farm,we just do not know if the owner of the store mixed the older stocks in the display so that choosing is the right choice to buy the eggs.
