Rodic's is a small restaurant in the U.P. Shopping Center. It has been in there for many years.People flock there specially for the meal we call Tapsilog which is comprised of fried rice, fried egg and dried beef that we call tapa. It is good and very affordable. Actually, even those who are non-U.P. students go there for a serving of its tapsilog

Your post made me hungry and now I crave for it. Bad thing, there's none nearby where I live. I guess I'll just have to settle for whatever's left last night. Poor me.

I really notice from my travels that it is only in major cities that we have a lot of diners. In the provinces, you have to walk miles or long ride to eat if you are not a resident
