DO you think celebrating friendship day is a FASHION?

Or do you really wish your friends from your heart a Happy Friendship day? Is it like, they made up this day to add one spiceful day to be spent with friends?

I haven't heard of this. It hasn't become fashionable in my country. It sounds for me a fashion-y holiday. I'm not even a fan of Valentine's day because of the same thing: every day should be the day of your friends or your lover, not only this one.
